# No Bake Baked Mac

This video demonstrates how to make baked mac without using an oven.

## Ingredients

- 1.5 kilo penne pasta
- oil
- salt
- oil
- garlic
- onion
- 1 kilo ground pork
- salt
- pepper
- hotdog
- 2 packs italian style spaghetti sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 0.5 bar butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cup milk
- 1 pack cheese
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- parsley

## Instructions

1. Boil water then add oil and salt.
2. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes then drain. DO NOT RINSE.
3. Sautee garlic and onion in a pan.
4. Add ground pork and cook half way.
5. Season with salt and pepper then add sliced hotdogs and cook.
6. Add spaghetti sauce and sugar then cook until simmering.
7. Melt butter in a pan.
8. Add flour and mix then add milk and cheese.
9. Season with pepper and sugar.
10. Mix the sauce and pasta.
11. Place the pasta in trays and add the white sauce on top.
12. Add parsley on top to finish.

## Tips

- The pasta does not need to be rinsed.
- The pasta needs to be sticky.
- The white sauce shouldn't be too thick.
