# Creamy Green Sauce

## Ingredients

- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cilantro
- 1 jalape
- 0.33 cup parmesan cheese
- 0.5 lime lime juice
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- drizzle olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves

## Instructions

1. Add half a cup of mayo to the blender.
2. Add two cups of lightly packed cilantro.
3. Add one or two jalape

4. Add a third cup of parmesan cheese.
5. Squeeze half a lime.
6. Add a quarter teaspoon of salt.
7. Add a drizzle of olive oil and two or three garlic cloves.
8. Blend this all together.
9. Serve the sauce with your Lomo Saltado.
