## Ingredients

- 1 pistachio dough
- 1 custard
- 20 raspberries
- 1 handful pistachios

## Instructions

1. Prepare the pistachio dough and cut a circle to fit in the tart pan.
2. Press the dough into the pan and trim excess dough.
3. Add the prepared custard to the crust.
4. Arrange the raspberries in a circular pattern over the custard.
5. Pour the pistachio cream over the raspberries.
6. Spread the pistachio cream evenly with a spatula.
7. Add more raspberries and chopped pistachios on top.
