## Ingredients

- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style sweet corn
- 1 cup sour cream, full-fat
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey
- 0.5 tsp salt
- Honey, butter, and flakey salt for brushing on top

## Instructions

1. Melt the butter.
2. Mix all wet ingredients first, then the dry ingredients.
3. Alternatively, throw all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.
