# Loki's Key Lime Pie

## Ingredients

- 12 limes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 dry pie crust
- 1 cup red kidney beans
- 1 cup whipped cream

## Instructions

1. Grate the zest of 12 limes.
2. Boil 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water until the mixture becomes syrupy.
3. In a bowl, whisk together 3 eggs with the lime zest and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
4. Add the syrupy sugar mixture into the egg mixture.
5. Mix together the egg mixture with a whisk until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
6. Prepare a pie crust using 2 cups of flour. Place the crust into the baking pan.
7. Fill the pie crust with red kidney beans to act as a weight during baking.
8. Bake the pie crust.
9. Pour the lime mixture into the baked pie crust.
10. Add whipped cream on top.
11. Place slices of lime for decoration.
