# Hot Dog Burnt Ends

These hot dog burnt ends are coated in seasoning, baked until caramelized, and then tossed in a sticky, smoky, sweet barbecue sauce and brown sugar glaze.

## Ingredients

- 2 package hot dog
- to taste yellow mustard
- to taste barbecue rub
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- cheese curd (optional)

## Instructions

1. Coat the hot dogs in yellow mustard.
2. Generously season the hot dogs with barbecue rub and toss to ensure both sides are coated.
3. Bake the hot dogs uncovered in a 375-degree oven.
4. Remove the hot dogs from the oven and cut them into one-inch pieces using kitchen scissors.
5. Add the barbecue sauce to the cut hot dogs and stir to coat.
6. Drizzle the butter and brown sugar over the top of the hot dogs.
7. Bake in a 400-degree oven, stirring halfway through.
