## Ingredients

- 4 Pineapple Chunks
- 45 ml Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz Lime Juice
- 45 ml Tequila
- 1.5 oz Tequila
- 22.5 ml Aperol
- 0.75 oz Aperol
- 22.5 ml Triple Sec
- 0.75 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz Agave Syrup
- Ice

## Instructions

1. Add 4 Pineapple Chunks to a glass.
2. Add 45ml/1.5oz Lime Juice.
3. Muddle.
4. Add 45ml/1.5oz Tequila.
5. Add 22.5ml / .75oz Aperol.
6. Add 22.5ml / .75oz Triple Sec.
7. Add 1 oz Agave Syrup and Ice.
8. Shake.
9. Add Ice to a glass.
10. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
11. Garnish with a slice of orange.

## Tips

- I didn’t film myself adding the agave syrup though, I added 1 oz but you could probably get away with 0.5oz / 15ml
