## Ingredients

- 120 gr manteca pomada
- 100 gr azúcar blanca
- 150 gr azúcar mascabo
- 1 huevo
- 200 gr harina 0000
- 1 cdita bicarbonato de sodio
- 1 cdita polvo para hornear
- 1 cdita sal
- 100 gr chocolate semiamargo

## Instructions

1. Empezar poniendo manteca pomada en un bowl.
2. Agregar un huevo.
3. Sumar azúcar blanca y azúcar mascabo.
4. Incorporar harina con bicarbonato de sodio, polvo para hornear y sal.
5. Agregar chocolate cortado en trozos.
6. Mezclar todo.
7. Llevar la mezcla a la heladera por un mínimo de una hora.
8. Formar bolitas de masa.
9. Colocar las bolitas bien separadas sobre papel manteca.
10. Cocinar por 10-12 minutos a 180 grados.
