# Star-crossed Garlic Jacket Potato

## Ingredients

- 1 potato
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon cooked garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 cup feta or cream cheese

## Instructions

1. Preheat your oven.
2. Get your potato, Maris Piper or Russet, wash it and put some olive oil and salt on it.
3. Put it in the oven to bake.
4. Once it's baked, cut it into a star shape.
5. Mix the cooked garlic, butter and parsley.
6. Blend the feta or cream cheese.
7. Fill the potato with the cream cheese mixture.
8. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the potato.
