## Ingredients

- cucumber
- sour cream
- red wine vinegar
- sugar
- garlic powder

- red onion

## Instructions

1. Use a vegetable peeler to make thin slices of cucumber.
2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, red wine vinegar, a little sugar, garlic powder and dill.
3. Whisk it all together until well combined.
4. Add in cucumbers.
5. Use a vegetable peeler to make thin slices of red onion.
6. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
