## Ingredients

- 1 packet Marie biscuits
- cup Cocoa powder
- cup Dessicated coconut
- 1 can Condensed milk
- cup Melted butter
- Chocolate flakes
- 1 piece Maltesers
- 2 Edible eyes

## Instructions

1. Start by crushing the Marie biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Add cocoa powder and dessicated coconut to the crushed biscuits.
3. Mix the dry ingredients well.
4. Pour in the condensed milk and melted butter.
5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a cohesive mixture is formed.
6. Line a glass bowl with cling wrap and press the mixture into it to form a dome shape for the hedgehog's body.
7. Place the mixture in the fridge for a couple of hours to set.
8. Remove the set mixture from the bowl and cling wrap, and place it on a grass-textured cake board.
9. Chop chocolate flakes into smaller pieces to create the hedgehog's quills.
10. Cover the entire dome-shaped body with melted chocolate.
11. Immediately start placing the chocolate flakes (quills) onto the chocolate-covered dome, starting with shorter pieces at the front and longer pieces towards the back to achieve the hedgehog look.
12. Add a Malteser for the hedgehog's nose.
13. Attach two edible eyes; for a more relaxed look, dip them halfway in chocolate before placing.

## Equipment

- Glass bowl
- Spatula
- Glass bowl lined with cling wrap
- Knife

## Tips

- Dipping edible eyeballs halfway in chocolate creates a more 'chilled out' look for the hedgehog's eyes.
- Work quickly when covering the cake with chocolate and applying the chocolate flakes to prevent the chocolate from setting too soon
