# Pollo al Horno

Delicioso pollo al horno rápido y fácil de hacer.

## Ingredients

- 0.25 tz aceite
- 0.5 cda sal
- 1 cdta pimienta
- 0.5 cda ajo triturado
- 0.5 cda mostaza dijon
- 0.5 limón
- 1 cdta páprika
- 1 cdta romero
- 1 kg trozos de pollo

## Instructions

1. Agregar en un bowl aceite, sal, pimienta, ajo, mostaza, limón, páprika y romero.
2. Mezclar.
3. Agregar la mezcla sobre el pollo e integrar con las manos hasta cubrir por completo.
4. Cubrir con papel aluminio y hornear por 10 minutos a 250°C.
5. Retirar el papel aluminio.
6. Volver a hornear por 20 minutos más a 250°C.
