## Ingredients

- 4 Huevos
- 300 g queso crema
- 60 g eritritol o tu endulzante favorito
- 200 ml nata 35 % MG
- en una mano Galletas María sin azúcar añadido

## Instructions

1. Junta cuatro huevos, queso crema, eritritol, nata y las galletas María sin azúcar añadido que te entren en una mano.
2. Bate todos los ingredientes.
3. Pilla un molde forrado o engrasado.
4. Vierte la mezcla en el molde.
5. Mete el molde al airfryer o al horno.
