## Ingredients

- Tortilla de trigo
- 2 Salchichas de buena calidad (al menos 90% carne)
- 2 Lonchas de queso Havarti
- Tomate concentrado
- Orégano
- Mozzarella rallada
- Jamón de york
- 1 Yema de huevo

## Instructions

1. Roll the sausages in Havarti cheese.
2. Place the rolled sausages on the edge of the wheat tortilla.
3. Close the tortilla by stringing a pair of toothpicks through it.
4. Brush the tortilla with tomato concentrate.
5. Sprinkle oregano over the tortilla.
6. Add grated mozzarella.
7. Add York ham.
8. Add more cheese if desired.
9. Cook in the air fryer or oven.
10. When 3 minutes are left, add an egg yolk to finish.
