# Pepperoni Pizza Roses

## Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 100 g pizza sauce
- 10 slices pepperoni
- 50 g mozzarella
- 1 hot honey

## Instructions

1. Roll out puff pastry and spread pizza sauce over it.
2. Slice the pastry into strips.
3. Add pepperoni slices overlapping as you go and half of it poking out.
4. Roll it up with mozzarella.
5. Add to greased muffin tin.
6. Bake until golden and crispy.
7. Finish with hot honey.
