# Marshmallow

## Ingredients

- 15 gr gelatin powder
- 60 ml water
- 1 tazza sugar
- 1 tazza water
- 0.5 cucchiaino cream of tartar
- cornstarch

## Instructions

1. Make a syrup by boiling sugar, water and cream of tartar.
2. Make a second syrup with sugar, syrup and a drop of water and boil.
3. Mix boiling water with powdered gelatin.
4. Beat everything, adding the compound gradually.
5. Create strips with the piping bag on a tray covered with cornstarch.
6. Cut the strips.
