# Fajita Chicken Mac n Cheese

A creamy mac and cheese with fajita-seasoned chicken.

## Ingredients

- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 tbs chicken seasoning
- 2 tbs fajita seasoning
- 1 onion
- 3 peppers
- 3 tsp garlic purée
- 300 g pasta
- 400 ml hot chicken stock
- 600 ml milk
- 1 tsp mustard
- 120 g cheese
- 0 parsley
- 0 chilli flakes

## Instructions

1. Season the chicken. Fry the chicken until cooked through and browned, then set aside.
2. Add onions and peppers to the pan and cook until soft.
3. Add garlic and cook for a minute.
4. Add uncooked pasta, mix well, and add chicken stock and milk.
5. Cook until pasta is cooked and sauce is creamy.
6. Add mustard (optional) and cheese; mix until cheese is melted.
7. Season to taste, add the cooked chicken, and garnish.
