# Hot Cocoa S'mores cookie bars

A delicious hot cocoa and s'mores baked into one gooey cookie bar.

## Ingredients

- 0.5 cup butter
- 0.33 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Graham crackers
- 1 cup marshmallows

- marshmallows

## Instructions

1. Add butter to a bowl.
2. Add white sugar to the bowl with butter.
3. Mix the butter and sugar until combined.
4. Add one egg to the mixture.
5. Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
6. Add flour to the mixture.
7. Add 1/2 tsp baking soda to the mixture.
8. Mix the ingredients until a dough forms.
9. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips to the dough.
10. Fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
11. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
12. Arrange Graham crackers at the bottom of the baking pan.
13. Scoop dollops of cookie dough over the Graham crackers.
14. Add 1 cup of marshmallows on top of the cookie dough.
15. Add more chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.
16. Scoop more cookie dough on top of the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
17. Flatten the cookie dough layer with a spatula.
18. Bake the cookie bars.
19. Cut the hot cocoa s'mores cookie bars into servings.
