## Ingredients

- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour

- 0.25 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg (room temp)
- 1 tbsp cooking cream (35%)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp red food colouring
- white chocolate chips
- extra chips for topping

## Instructions

1. Add softened butter to a bowl.
2. Add white sugar.
3. Add brown sugar.
4. Add baking soda.
5. Add a dab of cooking cream.
6. Add vanilla extract.
7. Add a pinch of salt.
8. Add cacao powder.
9. Gradually add flour.
10. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
