# Red Velvet Oreo Brownies

A fudgy red velvet brownie base with oreo in the center, topped with crushed oreos and cream cheese chips.

## Ingredients

- 90 g semi sweet chocolate
- 170 g unsalted butter
- 1 2 tsp red food coloring or gel
- 160 g granulated sugar
- 120 g brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 3 large eggs
- 70 g dutch processed cocoa powder
- 120 g all purpose flour
- 16 Oreos
- Handful Cream cheese chips
- Maldon salt

## Instructions

1. Melt butter and semi sweet chocolate
2. Add red food coloring or gel
3. In another bowl, add eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and white vinegar
4. Mix with electric mixer
5. Add the mix with red food coloring and mix with electric mixer
6. In another bowl, add dutch processed cocoa powder and all purpose flour and mix it
7. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix with a whisk
8. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking pan
9. Sprinkle crushed Oreos
10. Sprinkle cream cheese chips
11. Bake
12. Cut into squares
