## Ingredients

- 1 yogurth
- 3 huevos
- 240 gr azúcar
- 240 gr harina
- 16 gr levadura química
- 115 gr aceite oliva
- 1 ralladura del limón
- 1 limón exprimido

## Instructions

1. En un bol, mezclar el yogurth y los huevos.
2. Añadir el azúcar y mezclar.
3. Incorporar la harina y mezclar sin parar.
4. Agregar la ralladura de un limón y su jugo.
5. Añadir aceite de oliva y mezclar.
6. Agregar la levadura y mezclar.
7. Verter la mezcla en un molde.
8. Hornear a 160 grados durante 40-45 minutos.
