- 0.25 cup Melted butter
- 1 Room temperature egg
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3.5 cups Bread flour
- 2 sticks Softened salted butter
- 0.33 cup Powdered sugar
- 0.25 cup Honey
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- Melted butter

## Instructions

1. Add 1 and 1/4 cup warm milk to a large glass mixing bowl.
2. Add 1/3 cup granulated sugar to the milk.
3. Add 2 and 1/4 teaspoons or one packet of yeast to the bowl.
4. Give the mixture a quick stir.
5. Let the mixture sit for about 5 to 10 minutes until the yeast gets nice and foamy.
6. Add half a stick or 1/4 cup of melted butter to the mixture.
7. Add one room temperature egg to the bowl.
8. Whisk everything together until combined.
9. Add one teaspoon of salt to the mixture.
10. Add 3 and 1/2 cups of bread flour to the bowl.
11. Start mixing everything together until a shaggy dough forms.
12. Turn the dough out onto a clean surface.
13. Flour your hands.
14. Knead the dough until it comes together in a nice, smooth dough ball, about 5 minutes.
15. Spray your bowl with oil.
16. Put the dough in the bowl, top side down, swirl it around, then flip it over.
17. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a towel and let it rise until it doubles in size, probably about an hour.
18. For the butter, add two sticks of softened salted butter to a clean glass bowl.
19. Whip the butter with an electric mixer until it's nice and fluffy and a pale yellow color.
20. Add 1/3 cup of powdered sugar to the whipped butter.
21. Add a quarter cup of honey to the butter mixture.
22. Add two teaspoons of cinnamon to the butter mixture.
23. Whip all ingredients together until completely combined and fluffy.
24. Once the dough is done rising, take a butter wrapper and grease your cookie sheet.
25. Push the dough down gently in the center.
26. Take the dough out of the bowl.
27. Press the dough out into a rectangle that's about a quarter of an inch thick.
28. Cut the dough into equal little pieces using a pizza cutter.
29. Place these all on your cookie sheet, giving them room to rise.
30. Cover the rolls with a towel and let them rise for another 30 minutes while the oven preheats to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
31. Bake the rolls in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes.
32. Brush the rolls with melted butter when they come out of the oven.
