- 1 كوباية كريمة
- 50 جرام زبدة

## Instructions

1. ضعي كوباية من السكر في طاسة ووزعيها جيداً.
2. قلبي السكر حتى يبدأ في الذوبان.
3. أضيفي الزبدة وقلبي باستمرار.
4. بعد ذوبان الزبدة، أضيفي الكريمة وقلبي جيداً.
5. استمري في التقليب حتى يصبح الصوص ناعماً.
6. أضيفي المكسرات المكسرة (اختياري).
7. إذا كنت تريد صوص كراميل، أضيفي القليل من ملح البحر.
