## Ingredients

- 4 pieces pork chop, center cut bone-in pork chops ~1.5 inch thick
- 8 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2.5 tbsp minced Lemongrass
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Chilli Flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 3 stalks Green Onion, chopped

## Instructions

1. Using the back of your knife, slightly flatten the pork chop on both sides. Cut slits along the fat – this will prevent the pork chops from curling up when air frying
2. Marinate the pork chops with garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili flakes (optional) for at least 1 hour, or overnight
3. Air fry the pork chops at 400F for 12-16 minutes, flipping halfway through or until the internal temperature reaches 140F
4. In the meantime, make the sauce. In a bowl, add chopped green onion and salt on top. Heat up 6 tbsp of oil until smoking, drizzle over the green onion and salt. Mix well.

## Equipment

- Air Fryer

## Tips

- Flatten the pork chop with the back of your knife to tenderize it and cut slits along the fat to prevent curling during cooking.
