## Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 0.75 cup flour
- 2 tsp espresso powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate

## Instructions

1. Place butter and sugar in a bowl.
2. Microwave the butter and sugar until melted and shiny.
3. In a separate bowl, add eggs.
4. Add cocoa powder to the eggs.
5. Add salt and baking powder to the egg and cocoa mixture.
6. Mix the egg mixture well.
7. Combine the egg mixture with the butter and sugar mixture.
8. Mix until combined.
9. Chop the Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate.
10. Add flour to the brownie batter.
11. Gently mix the flour into the batter, do not overmix.
12. Pour the batter into a 9x9 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
13. Add the chopped Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate to the top of the batter.
14. Bake at 350 for 28-30 minutes.
