# Cookie Butter Lava Brownies

## Ingredients

- 1 box box brownie mix
- 0.75 cup Biscoff spread
- Biscoff cookies

## Instructions

1. Melt some store-bought cookie butter.
2. Pour the melted cookie butter onto some parchment paper.
3. Place the cookie butter into the freezer to set.
4. Prepare a box of brownie mix according to the package directions.
5. Place half of the batter into a parchment lined pan.
6. Add the frozen cookie butter on top.
7. Add the remaining brownie batter.
8. Top it off with some Biscoff cookies.
9. Bake it until fully set.
10. Cool it completely.
11. Slice and enjoy.
