## Ingredients

- 0.33 cup freshly chopped rosemary
- 0.75 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 1.5 cup warm water

## Instructions

1. Add flour, yeast, salt, rosemary, and Parmesan cheese into a mixing bowl, keeping some Parmesan cheese for the top of the bread.
2. Add warm water (105-110°F). Mix together. Fold the mixture into itself about eight or nine times, forming a ball.
3. Cover the mixing bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place the Dutch oven with the lid on into the oven while preheating.
5. Once preheated, carefully remove the Dutch oven (it's very hot). Place the dough onto parchment paper.
6. Place the dough ball and parchment paper into the Dutch oven.
7. Make an X on top of the dough and add a bit more Parmesan cheese.
8. Place the lid on the Dutch oven. Cook for 30 minutes covered, then 20 minutes uncovered.
