# Hot Honey Mozzarella Eggs

## Ingredients

- 1 tbsp hot honey
- 2 mozzarella
- 2 eggs

## Instructions

1. Over a medium heat frying pan, add the hot honey, sprinkle some grated mozzarella.
2. Once the cheese starts melting crack two eggs on top, season to taste and cover with a lid.
3. When the eggs are cooked to your preference remove the lid and fold one side over.
4. Serve and enjoy!
