## Ingredients

- 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 cans whole kernel sweet corn
- 8.5 ounces Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.25 cup butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

## Instructions

1. Pour two cans of cream style corn and two cans of whole kernel sweet corn into a glass baking dish.
2. Add an 8.5 ounce box of Jiffy corn muffin mix to the baking dish.
3. Stir the corn and corn muffin mix together.
4. Add one cup of sour cream to the mixture.
5. Drizzle a quarter cup of melted butter over the mixture.
6. Mix the sour cream and butter into the corn mixture.
7. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
8. Sprinkle one cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
