# Goopy Dupe

This recipe is meant to have the same goopy, sealing effect as petroleum jelly without the questionable ingredients.

## Ingredients

- 0.5 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbs Beeswax Pellets
- 1 tsp Vitamin E
- 1 tbs Lanolin

## Instructions

1. Gently heat the EVOO and beeswax over a double boiler.
2. Once melted, add in the lanolin and Vitamin E.
3. Pour into a heatproof and airtight container.

## Tips

- You can omit lanolin, but the balm will not have the same sealant property or be as soft and goopy.
- Lanolin is one of the best things out there for sealing and protecting skin.
- If lanolin is left out, the balm will still create a protective and moisturizing layer for the skin (just not as great).
