# Peach Cobbler Moonshine

## Ingredients

- 64 oz peach juice
- 2 peaches
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup vanilla vodka
- 0.5 cup peach schnapps
- 1.5 cups Everclear

## Instructions

1. Simmer 64 oz of peach juice, two diced peaches, one cinnamon stick, and a cup of brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Once the mixture has cooled down, add in one cup of vanilla vodka.
3. Add half a cup of peach schnapps to the mixture.
4. Add one and a half cups of Everclear to the mixture.
5. Fill mason jars, each with its own dedicated cinnamon stick, with the liquid mixture.
6. Add the cooked peaches into the jars.
