# French Apple Yogurt Cake

## Ingredients

- 3 Eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 100 g Sugar
- 125 g Plain Yogurt
- 180 g All-purpose Flour
- 6 g Baking powder
- 0.5 cup oil
- 3 Apples
- 1 tbsp brown sugar

## Instructions

1. Mix eggs, a pinch of salt, 100g sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 125g plain yogurt together in a large bowl.
2. Add 180g all-purpose flour and 6g baking powder.
3. Mix well.
4. Add 1/2 cup oil.
5. Mix well.
6. Add the chopped apples to the mixture.
7. Mix.
8. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking pan.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 40-50 minutes.
