## Ingredients

- 1 pound italian sausage
- 1 cup onion
- 1 tube tomato paste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon dried italian herbs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- 5 oz fresh kale
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 box tortellini
- 1 serving parmesan cheese

## Instructions

1. Add italian sausage to a pot and cook until browned.
2. Add onion and cook until softened.
3. Add tomato paste.
4. Add chicken broth.
5. Add dried italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
6. Add heavy cream and stir.
7. Add spinach and kale.
8. Add red pepper flakes.
9. Add tortellini and cook until heated through.
10. Serve with parmesan cheese.
