## Ingredients

- tortillas
- ground beef
- rice
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- tomatoes
- jalapeños
- cilantro

## Instructions

1. Cut tortillas into 4 equal pieces.
2. Place the tortillas in a muffin tin.
3. Create layers with ground beef, rice and cheese.
4. Pop the tin in the oven until the shell is cooked.
5. Add sour cream, tomatoes, jalapeños and cilantro.
6. Cut in half and enjoy.
