# Creamy Steak Bites

A delicious Tuscan-inspired creamy steak bites recipe with mashed potatoes and juicy steak.

## Ingredients

- steak
- potatoes
- butter
- garlic
- cream
- Tomatoes
- basil
- Stock
- heavy cream
- spices

## Instructions

1. Cut your steak into some bite-sized pieces and set aside.
2. Stab your potatoes and put them into the oven.
3. Melt down some butter with garlic and cream and strain that beauty.
4. Pop out those baked potatoes, cut them in half, smash them up in a bowl.
5. Toss in that liquid (from the butter, garlic, and cream) to the potatoes.
6. Put tomatoes in with a little garlic and basil.
7. Add stock and heavy cream in with some spices.
8. Finish with some parm and butter and let that simmer.
9. Sear the steak on all sides.
10. Plate the mashed potatoes and sauce down.
11. Top it with those steak bites.
