# Cheesy Baked Artichokes

These cheesy baked artichokes are just like a stuffed artichoke with way less work.

## Ingredients

- canned quartered artichokes
- lemon zest
- seasoned breadcrumbs
- Parmesan
- olive oil
- parsley
- provolone cheese

## Instructions

1. Add drained canned quartered artichokes to a large bowl.
2. Season the artichokes, add lemon zest, seasoned breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and olive oil.
3. Throw in a little parsley and stir everything together until it's evenly combined.
4. Add half of the mixture down into a baking dish.
5. Top it with sliced provolone.
6. Then put the rest of the artichoke mixture on top.
7. Hit it with an Italian snowstorm (more Parmesan).
8. Drizzle a little bit more olive oil on top.
9. Add one more slice of provolone.
10. Pop it in the oven until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly.
