## Ingredients

- 130 gr biscotti
- 100 ml latte di mandorla
- 15 gr crema proteica bigusto

## Instructions

1. Frullare i biscotti con il latte di mandorla.
2. Versare il composto in una pirofila rivestita di carta forno.
3. Cuocere in forno o friggitrice ad aria a 180° per 20 minuti.
4. Decorare con la crema proteica.
