# Mississippi Pot Roast Dip

## Ingredients

- 16 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 3/4 cup chopped pepperoncini pepper
- 3 tbsp pepperoncini brine
- potato chips (optional)

## Instructions

1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, au jus mix, and ranch seasoning in a bowl and stir well.
2. Fold in 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon chopped pepperoncini peppers and pepperoncini brine into the sour cream mixture until well combined.
3. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with the remaining chopped pepperoncini peppers.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. Serve with potato chips.
