# Sloppy Joe Cornbread Casserole

## Ingredients

- 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix
- 2 cans diced green chilies
- 1 can whole kernel sweet corn
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can Sloppy Joe sauce
- 1 handful cheese

## Instructions

1. Mix two boxes of Jiffy Cornbread mix according to package instructions.
2. Add two cans of diced green chilies and one can of whole kernel sweet corn (drained) to the cornbread mix and whisk together.
3. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
4. Pour cornbread mix into the prepared baking dish.
5. Brown one pound of ground beef, drain, and add one can of Sloppy Joe sauce.
6. Spread the Sloppy Joe mixture over the cornbread batter.
7. Swirl the Sloppy Joe mixture into the cornbread batter.
8. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
9. Add a handful of cheese to the top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
