# Cheesy Potatoes and Kielbasa

This is an easy crockpot recipe perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.

## Ingredients

- 28 oz frozen Potatoes O’Brien with peppers and onions
- 2 packs kielbasa
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 ranch seasoning packet
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- Chopped green onions

## Instructions

1. Grab a crockpot and throw in a bag of potatoes O'Brien.
2. Add sliced up kielbasa.
3. Add one can of chicken pudding.
4. Add a ranch packet, and stir it all together.
5. Throw on the lid for 4 to 6 hours.
6. Cover it up with your favorite cheese.
7. Put the lid back on to get it melted.
