# Creamy Noodles

## Ingredients

- 6 slices bacon
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbs salt

## Instructions

1. Cut up 6 slices of bacon.
2. Sauté the bacon until it is crispy.
3. Put the cooked bacon to the side.
4. Add 2 cups of heavy cream to the pan with the bacon grease.
5. Add 2 egg yolks and 1 1/2 cups of Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture.
6. Mix the sauce well.
7. Add 1 tsp of pepper to the sauce.
8. Add 1 Tbs of salt to the sauce.
9. Add the cooked pasta back into the sauce.
10. Add the cooked bacon back into the pasta and sauce mixture.
11. Mix everything together.
