# No Bake Snickers Cheesecake

## Ingredients

- 300 g chocolate digestive biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 500 g cream cheese
- 150 g peanut butter
- 150 g icing sugar
- 300 ml double cream
- 4 snickers bars
- 100 ml double cream
- 100 g double cream
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp icing sugar

## Instructions

1. Crush 300g of chocolate digestive biscuits
2. Add 100g melted butter and mix until combined
3. Transfer mixture into the tin and press it down firmly
4. In a bowl, mix 500g cream cheese, 150g peanut butter and 150g icing sugar until combined
5. Add 300ml double cream and mix until smooth
6. Transfer into the tin and smooth it out
7. Refrigerate while you make chocolate topping
8. Chop 4 snickers bars
9. Microwave 4 snickers bars and 100ml double cream for 1-2 minutes, checking every 30 seconds, until melted
10. Cool it down before pouring on cheesecake
11. Pour over cheesecake and smooth it out
12. Refrigerate preferably overnight
13. Mix 100g of double cream, 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 1 tbsp of icing sugar for decoration
