## Ingredients

- 1.2 kg chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
- 1 tablespoon flour, for light coating
- Salt, to taste
- Dried garlic, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 Juice of oranges
- 0.5 Juice of lemon
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste or ketchup
- 20 g unsalted butter
- Salt, to taste
- Dried garlic and black pepper, to taste

## Instructions

1. Start by cutting the chicken wings into drumettes and flats, if they aren’t already separated.
2. Pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels—this helps them crisp up in the air fryer.
3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, dried garlic, black pepper, and a light dusting of flour.
4. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
5. Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for about 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
6. While the wings are air frying, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
7. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, tomato paste (or ketchup), salt, dried garlic, and pepper to the pan.
8. Stir well and let the glaze simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened and aromatic.
9. Once the wings are done, transfer them directly into the pan with the hot citrus glaze.
10. Mix everything gently but thoroughly for 1–2 minutes, allowing the wings to soak up the sauce and get beautifully coated.
11. Serve warm, optionally with fresh herbs or dipping sauce on the side.
