# Amaretto dry coffee mix

## Ingredients

- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 0.5 cup instant coffee or espresso powder
- 0.33 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

## Instructions

1. Add half a cup of brown sugar to a small bowl.
2. Add two teaspoons of almond extract to the brown sugar.
3. Combine the almond extract into the brown sugar using a fork.
4. Set the brown sugar mixture aside.
5. In another bowl, add one cup of powdered milk.
6. Add half a cup of instant coffee or espresso powder.
7. Add one-third cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
8. Whisk these dry ingredients together well.
9. Add the brown sugar with almond extract to the dry mixture.
10. Whisk the brown sugar into the dry mixture until everything is well combined.
11. Transfer the combined mixture to an airtight container.
12. Store this at room temperature.
