## Ingredients

- 2 cups masa harina
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 small onions
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 small tomatoes
- 1 lime
- 500 grams pork
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons gochujang
- 100 grams mozzarella cheese

## Instructions

1. Prepare the salsa mexicana: finely chop the onion, cilantro, and tomatoes. Mix them in a bowl with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
2. Make the tortillas: In a large bowl, combine masa harina, salt, baking powder, oil and water. Mix until a dough forms. Roll into small balls, then flatten each ball with a rolling pin.
3. Cook the tortillas: Cook each tortilla in a hot, lightly oiled frying pan for about 1-2 minutes per side.
4. Prepare the pork: In a frying pan, sauté chopped onions, then add the pork. Season with oil, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and gochujang. Cook until pork is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
5. Add the cheese to the pork and let melt.
6. Assemble the tacos: Warm the tortillas and fill them with the pork mixture and top with salsa mexicana.
