# Arroz Con Salchicha y Huevo

## Ingredients

- 2 Tazas Arroz Blanco
- 6 Salchichas
- 4 Ramitas Cebollin
- 2 Dientes Ajo
- 3 Cdas Salsa de Soya
- 2 Cdas Ketchup
- al gusto Pimienta
- 1 Huevo

## Instructions

1. Chop scallions.
2. In a pan, sauté the white part of the scallions and garlic.
3. Slice the sausages.
4. Add the sausages and pepper.
5. Add rice and mix.
6. Add soy sauce and ketchup.
7. Add the green part of the scallions and mix.
8. Serve on a plate.
9. Fry an egg and place it on top of the rice.
