## Ingredients

- 1 Ei
- 100 ml warmes wasser
- 1 EL zucker
- 1 EL hefe
- 1 tl salz
- 200 g mehl
- frittieröl
- panko oder paniermehl
- würstchen

## Instructions

1. Add 1 egg to a bowl.
2. Add 100ml of warm water.
3. Add 1 EL of zucker.
4. Add 1 EL of hefe.
5. Mix the ingredients together.
6. Add 200g of mehl.
7. Mix the ingredients together.
8. Let the teig abgedeckt aufgehen for 1 stunde.
9. Cut the mozzarella oder anderen käse.
10. Trocken tupfen 3 würste.
11. Cut the würste in half.
12. Put the würste and käse on a stick.
13. Put panko oder paniermehl on a plate.
14. Die spiesse mit dem teig umwickeln.
15. Add panko.
16. Öl erhitzen.
17. Frittieren for 3-4 minuten.
