## Ingredients

- 1 block jack cheese
- 1 block cheddar cheese
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 pinch seasoning
- 4 pickled jalapeños
- 1 small bowl thousand island dressing

## Instructions

1. Grate the jack and cheddar cheese. Season and mix.
2. Score the hot dogs with a knife.
3. Melt butter in a frying pan.
4. Add the hot dogs to the pan and cook until crispy. Flip halfway through.
5. Load hot dog buns with cheese.
6. Add pickled jalapeños.
7. Place hot dogs on the buns.
8. Add more cheese on top.
9. Melt butter in a frying pan.
10. Add the assembled hot dogs to the pan and cook until the buns and cheese are golden brown. Flip halfway through.
11. Cut in half and serve with thousand island dressing.
