## Ingredients

- 0.5 pound ground chicken
- 1 soy sauce
- 1 sesame oil
- 1 salt
- 1 white pepper
- 1 chicken bouillon
- 1 green onion
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 0.5 of diced onion
- 1 oil
- 1 large chopped carrot
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 sheet rice paper
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1.5 teaspoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 1 green onion

## Instructions

1. Season half a pound of ground chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, chicken bouillon, and green onion. Mix together and sauté on high heat.
2. Once the chicken is cooked, add a tablespoon or two of minced ginger and two cloves of minced garlic and sauté for a few minutes. Then transfer to a bowl.
3. Add half a diced onion and some oil to the pan and sauté until the onion has softened.
4. Add one large chopped carrot and sauté for a few minutes.
5. Add a cup of chopped cabbage and sauté for only a minute because you don't want the cabbage to become mushy. Add to the ground chicken and mix together.
6. Take a sheet of rice paper and give it a quick dunk in the water. Don't let it sit or it will turn into nothing. Then cut in half.
7. Add a spoonful of the filling to the center, then fold in one side at a downward angle and the other side straight across. Then fold over the top and the bottom to seal the filling inside. Repeat until all dumplings are made.
8. For the sauce, combine a fourth cup of soy sauce, two tablespoons of rice vinegar, two tablespoons of mirin, a teaspoon and a half of sweet chili sauce, a teaspoon of garlic chili sauce, two teaspoons of ginger paste, and some green onion.
9. To crisp up the dumplings, add enough oil to coat the bottom of a skillet on medium heat, then place in the dumplings.
10. Once they become crispy, flip and cook until crispy on the top side. Once crispy on both sides, they're ready to serve with the ginger sauce.
