## Ingredients

- 3 huevos
- 1 cdta mostaza de dijon
- 120 ml aceite de oliva virgen extra (aove)
- 1 pizca sal

## Instructions

1. Freír los huevos a la plancha o sartén.
2. Poner los huevos fritos, la mostaza, el aceite de oliva y la sal en un vaso de batidora.
3. Triturar/ emulsionar a máxima potencia.
4. Servir y disfrutar.
